Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Marty, including its rankings, league sync, draft guidance, game plans, and related services. By creating an account or using Marty, you agree to these terms.

Using Marty

You may use Marty for your personal, lawful fantasy football activities. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share credentials you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or use Marty in a way that violates applicable law or a third party's terms.

League connections and third-party services

Marty may connect to or use data from third-party services, including ESPN. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to provide any league information or session credentials to Marty. Marty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Google, or any other third-party platform unless we explicitly say otherwise.

Guidance is informational

Marty provides research and recommendations for entertainment and informational purposes. Rankings, projections, draft guidance, and game plans are not guarantees of results and should not be treated as financial, betting, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You make all lineup, draft, waiver, trade, and other fantasy decisions yourself.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Marty, including draft screenshots and feedback. You grant Marty a limited right to host, process, and use that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as Marty evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee that Marty, synced data, rankings, or generated guidance will always be available, complete, accurate, or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marty is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Marty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from fantasy sports decisions, third-party platforms, unavailable service, or inaccurate information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Marty at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these terms are violated. You may request deletion of your account and associated information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Marty changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
